For sizing: Wrap a string around your wrist bone to measure the circumference. Measure the string with a ruler. Then add half of one inch for your bracelet size. For example, if your string measured 6 inches, your suggested bracelet size is 6.5.
To put on this bracelet, unscrew the ball towards you and twist the ball open to one side. Then screw the ball closed.
